Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us. We accept returns sent back within 7 days of receipt, subject to the details below.

Refunds:  Once we receive your return in it's original condition, you will receive a full refund minus the original shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. 

Special Note on Tool Sets: Because used or stained tools cannot be restocked, tool sets returned with ANY signs of use are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
