-What are your average shipping times and rates to ship to me?
We process orders once or twice a week. We use USPS as our main carrier. Delivery times for international buyers can vary considerably. For example, Canada is about a week and Europe delivery time can often be less than 2 weeks, to a month. We do NOT pay customs fees. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions before you order.
Our cart uses USPS calculated rates, so you can see shipping rates during checkout. The average cost in the U.S. is between 4-10 dollars. It averages 10-30 for International. Again, these are averages and you can use your checkout cart to see exact prices.
-Do you accept returns?
If you’re not happy with your order, please contact us. We allow returns that are sent back within 7 days of you receiving it for all items except our tool sets (see below for details), AND Lydia’s Dot painting Book. Once we get your original order back, you will get a full refund, minus original shipping and a 10% restocking fee. We do not pay for return shipping costs. Special Note about our Tool Sets: Since we can not restock a used and stained tool set, our restocking fee is 30% when more than 5 individual tool sizes of the 34 piece set have been painted with, or ANY of the 5 piece oval set.
DEFECTS: We handcraft most of our items and stand behind our quality. Defects can happen for a multitude of reasons. If you have a defective item, or your item breaks within a 30 day period, we will replace that item with a new item and we will pay for shipping the first time this occurs. An item that breaks more than once will be covered within a 30 day period, MINUS shipping. It will be up to the buyer to pay shipping a second time or beyond. If an item breaks a third time or after the 30 day period, a new one will need purchased, please contact us for further instruction.
-What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal and Credit/Debit cards. To use your credit or debit card, hit the Paypal button at checkout, in the popup window, under the login button, you can select to pay with your credit or debit card. You do not need a Paypal account to use the credit /debit card option. Any question, please feel free to contact us.
